        I waited 45 minutes just for my burger and fries to be cold

        Shocking. Walked into Ponsonby store at 2p on 1/5/2023, music so loud it made me seasick. Nobody manning the counter. After what felt like 15 mins, a young fellow comes out a gives me the "what do you want" look. Walked out. Murder burger, raise your game, or at the very least employ staff who look after your business. Wont ever be back

        So many options for burgers and we end up with this one .. Meat was dry and unseasoned , rest of the burger was just a tired old piece of green with a stale tomato and massive amounts of sauce to cover it all up . All looking like it had been served ip with a tennis racket . Save the disappointment and walk up the road !
