Culet Jewellery

Our experience with Culet was disappointing. Once we paid the deposit for my engagement ring, the communication and service dropped off. The ring setting was not balanced, with one of the outer three stone diamonds sitting far lower than the other. This was not picked up by Culet but was quickly resolved when I raised it. The ring itself is lovely and I am happy with it now.

The cutout of the diamond is outstanding, appropriate and meaningful cart for us, simple and classic to match wedding rings but designed to be unique at the same time. Warranty guaranteed and great service, wonderful trade. Highly recommended!

We had the best experience working with Scott to design and create my ring. We had great communication and he helped answer all our questions (and there were many!). Scott found the perfect stone and his knowledge about the best cuts, sizes and ratios was amazing. Really appreciated the thought that went into presenting different options to us. Couldnt recommend Culet enough. I will be back :)

Scott at Culet Jewellery created the most incredible engagement ring and designed my wedding band to match! I love the design and how both rings sit flush together. When designing my wedding band to match my engagement ring, Scott was super friendly, knowledgeable and proactive. Like most Kiwi males, I'd never stepped inside a jeweller for more than 1 minute and 31 seconds. I came back to Culet three times. And for my next engagement, I'll go back again (kidding - it will be for wedding bands). The experience was great. I never felt insecure about my budget. I learned a lot. Got inspired. And even walked away with some wisdom that reframed my idea of a proposal. Turns out jewellery is super cool. There's maps and charts and data and sketches and 3D renders and at Culet, there's great people to guide you along the journey. Most importantly, my now fianc absolutely buzzed the hell out when she put the incredible bespoke design on her finger for the first time. "I feel like a celebrity" she said. Words also fitting to summarise my Culet experience. I'm not a celebrity by any means, but Scott and the team certainly made me feel as important as one along the way. Culet, all day.
