I live a couple of minutes walk from Fatimas in Ponsonby. I love the food but the service is dreadful - food often sits on the side while they forget to call your name and you take food home cold. Youre advised to pick up in20 minutes but the reality is usually double what youre told. I dont normally complain but this has been the same now four times in a row. What a massive shame - it doesnt take much to look after your customers.
