        Wow. The customer service is absolutely terrible. The 2 front desk workers were super rude and had a horrible attitude. Definitely wont be returning!!!

        Went here twice to give them benefit of the doubt but I wouldnt recommend going here unless you like being treated like an inconvenience. Poor customer service.

        Post Shop should give UP TO DATE info on opening hours during Covid lockdown. Currently this branch website shows it's open every day on workdays. It is not. I've just been there (Weds 9:45am Weds). A wasted trip. It would be appreciated if Post Shop gave a list of which branches are open during lockdown and when, just as the banks do.
