Vegetarian options: Loads Dietary restrictions: All gluten free except the breads. They were able to make most of the vegetarian dishes vegan.

I had the pleasure of experiencing this with my husband and best friends while holidaying in NZ. What a phenomenal experience it was. Our host Kris and his knowledge were top-notch, you will never taste anything like it. Go outside your comfort zone and taste indian cuisine the way it should be. Nothing I can say will sum up the experience, the food, and the service. The owner was amazing and inspired us to step outside of our comfort zone and try something new and different. We were so impressed with the variety of food, many of which we had never tried before. If you love Indian food, and I mean real Indian food with a pleasant and complementing Asian/ Fijian twist, this is a must for everyone. To be honest, this place has set the bar so high for the local Indian restaurants back home in Australia. I'm afraid they won't hold a candle to Thirty One.
