        Returned a 7+ year old satchel for small repairs and received it back by courier a few weeks later . The repairs were done as a gesture of goodwill, and even the courier was not charged for. Love their products, and they really stand behind them. Worth paying for this, and supporting a true NZ business.

        Love cactus, quality gear that they back. Got a fair bit of stuff of them over the years and theres a reason i keep getting more, Quality!! Had them repair a couple of items and you wouldnt know that they were damaged, Top work! Thanks for being a good kiwi company!! And BTW the Auckland store is great!! Friendly staff always keen to help.
