I've worked with many PTs over the years and Emma is the absolute best. She's experienced, knowledgeable in all fields, and has helped me with strength, rehab, nutrition, and general wellness. I've been working with her for over a year, and so pleased with the results, my husband has been inspired to start working with Emma too. She's such a gem of a person, seeing Emma is a real highlight of our week, every week. The facilities are new, clean and have everything you need, and her assistant Bailey is always happy to help. Couldn't recommend Emma enough.

I am in my early 50's. I have now spent 6 months working with Emma. My first experience with a personal trainer. I can highly recommend her as a coach. Her initial assessment was really thorough, and because of that, I learnt a great deal about my strengths & weaknesses. Her programs for me have gradually increased in intensity, and I feel stronger & happier than I have for many years. On top of that, she is just a very lovely person. If you need a coach or nutritionist, I think she is great!
