        Great pizza! the service was spectacular, the young female waitress was very accommodating and it made my day! she walked us through the menu and made sure me and my husband were well taken care of the whole night. it is so very rare to see young people working hard these days and it was so refreshing to see our future putting in the work! Great pizza they have gained a new loyal custom.

        Terrible customer service, untrained rude staff who also encourage fast alcohol consumption. Pizza is good but at $39 for a regular size pizza you can get same or better quality at some fantastic Italian institution restaurants along Ponsonby at same or cheaper price however with an incredible service and better atmosphere look at other recent reviews for this place and you will see similar feedback re customer service & pizza quality. not worth it.
