Worst property management service iv ever come across. The houses they managed have really bad mold problems and are definitely not upto the healthy homes standards. They are also very unorganised with payments and very unprofessional. Definitely recommend not using them for any property management services.

We recently had Daisy Hu as our rental property agent. She was professional, extremely efficient and very dedicated to giving feedback and helping us with the details of the process. We strongly recommend her to all landlords and tenants.

My sale process was complicated and drawn out because at the beginning I didn't have a proper title or a CCC. Glenis researched all these issues and handled the processes with skill and persistence. She has been amazing supporting me through this whole process. She is tenacious and consistently follows up leads and prospects. She knows her stuff and is highly ethical and professional. I couldn't have asked for a better person to work with and I thoroughly recommend her to anyone looking for a skilled and energetic agent.

Hi have been really impressed with our recently new property manager Daisy Hu renting a home in Mt Albert for over a year had problems last year but they were quickly taken care of by our property manager then Janine McCormick she was awesome never had a problem with getting anything done the house is an oldie but a goodie stand alone as the house is aging alot of problems continued but Daisy Hu has been an awesome property manager never avoids your phone calls is very transparent when communicating about any issue or problems very understanding gets the problem sorted asap and always follows up we are very happy to have her as our property manager would definitely recommend her to any Landlords just wanna end by saying thank you Daisy Hu you've made me and my little family very happy we appreciate what you and Janine have done for us your both awesome thank you
