DO NOT USE. - curtains did not close 6 inches from the bottom, so neighbours could see straight in - no toilet roll holders - falsely advertised wifi Ryan also used misleading photos to show the room. So when looking back at photos to decide it was an ill representation When I complained about the wifi it took Ryan 2 weeks and multiple emails and messages to help me out. He fixed it with a new router and then asked for it back a week later. I found a new Tennant to take over the lease and he charged me $308 fee for him doing the paperwork. I will remove this review when this fee is removed.

Ryan did a fantastic job of advertising and letting our property. Very knowledgeable of the local rental market and made the process very easy and stress free. Maintained excellent lines of communication and was very helpful arranging quotes and contractors to carry out necessary works.
