Just wanted to quickly pop on here to say a big thank you to Taylor at the Ponsonby store for helping me with some sunglasses I wanted that were online only - he brought them into store for me and still honoured the sale price for me. Very lovely person to deal with, and I really appreciated his patience with me

Extremely disappointing experience. Walked in the store today, the ladies at the reception made eye contact but did not approach me or asked me if I needed any help. The store was very quiet and they kept having idle chatter amongst them. From the reviews seen, this seems to be an ongoing issue with a severe lack of training. A caucasian lady also entered the store a few min after me and they approached her straight away. It seems like they are selective on who is worth helping. Will not be recommending this Karen Walker to others around the ponsonby community.

I recently made an online purchase for the first time. When I signed up for the newsletter, the 10% discount code did not come through. I contacted customer service and received a kind response and a code within 2 hrs. I placed my order and received it within 4 days. I live in Australia. What an amazing all round experience from Karen Walker. The customer service your team provides is 5 stars. Simply the best!

Surprises me how unpleasant the customer service is! Always feel unwelcoming. Even the store manager doesnt seem to care about her job or be willing to help. Such a shame how this shop can let the whole brand reputation down!

Exceptional service at the Ponsonby store. Taylor was so friendly and helpful. Taylor made me feel like nothing was a problem and that I was welcome , I felt completely comfortable. A wonderful experience with my all time favourite brand .
