I have had multiple sessions from Hamish to get help with a trauma that caused by a motorbike accident when I was a teenager. However, at that point I had no idea about memory of the body and emotions that I had locked in my body, mainly it was on my injured leg. Hamish explained that how memory, sensation and emotions can effect on physical body. Hamishs approach was very comfortable, Hamish is a good listener and fully understands body mind and emotional connection. There was safe space and that put me in to relaxation. Definitely, he has a healing hand and he is genuine, authentic and he has best interest of the clients. I would not be recovered by going to a specialist But I did recover by Hamishs therapy and highly recommend his work and well worth it.
