        Most of the dealings had been with my husband. But when Robyn came with parts to install the brushes he also picked up the mothering board was burnt-out and beyond repair. The way he explained with honesty and what way we should go was outstanding. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable and will be using these guys in the future. Service: Washing machine repair

        Hi, yes, the reason I left a 1 star review is because I couldn't leave a zero star review. You charged me $161 to tell me my washing machine wasn't economical to fix as it'd be over 4 hours of labour plus hundreds in parts, and to buy a new one. For context, its a $1500 Fisher Paykel, ~5 years old. I bought the broken part for $60 including shipping, and spent less than 2 hours to pull it apart, replace, and put back together. I'm sure someone that knew what they were doing could have done it in less than one hour, but obviously not you. So my one star review is a recommendation to not use your business, because if I followed your advice I'd be out another $1500.
