Domino's Pizza Hobsonville

Ordered 6 value pizzas and 6 sides for delivery. The person delivering my food went the completely wrong way to my house (was watching via the delivery tracker). Called Dominos up to see what the go was and they tried calling the driver to no avail and didnt apologise for the error. 10mins later the driver arrives and all the pizzas and sides were cold, not to mention the saddest looking pizzas I have ever seen, again, no apology from the driver. Will not be using Dominos again until they up their game.

Pizza was delivered squashed - as well at 30+min late but thought we ordered in plenty of time - the live tracker is not actually a live tracker a it arrived a further 25min after the live tracker said it would. Driver handed the boxes over to my husband and apologised on the squashed boxes - so he already knew he was giving us something that was not up to standard - not sure what he did to them on the way`..? but it was pretty dissppointing to see the state of 1 of the pizzas in particular. I rang to complain but cust service is poor. Shame as the first 2 experiences we'd had were good.
