        I visited F45 Hobsonville while on holiday. The atmosphere was great - warm and welcoming coaches, a good push throughout the workout and the great F45 team training vibe. I highly recommend the studio and will be visiting again next time.

        Lawrence and his team are so welcoming and friendly. I absolutely love Lawrence energy and motivation! Staff is great at guiding you through the exercises and pushing you! Great atmosphere, friendly members, awesome, fun and challenging workouts. Great if like me, you don't like regular gym routines and machines. Not 2 days are the same. Expect more than just a gym!

        I have been a member of Hobsonville F45 for over a year now. A great team environment. The trainers are awesome and really motivating, especially Ivy! Would definitely recommend to those who don't like doing their own solo workouts at a regular gym and want to be apart of a team environment.
