        This is both my happy place and a place of torment (in a good sense!) They are such a lovely group of trainers and genuine people. The group fitness classes are suitable for all levels, the trainers are always available to help & provide scaling options, as well as throwing in the occasional cheesy inspirational quote. Starting with these guys after years of inactivity was daunting at first but they put me at ease so quickly and jusy made me feel welcome.
