Hesitant to initiate sell process turned easiest sale we've ever made Shaun made selling our property one of the easiest sales we have ever made. From the beginning nothing was too difficult and everything explained in simplistic detail for us to understand. We sold from a distance and everything was communicated efficiently with a relaxed tone keeping us reassured without over complicating anything. He worked hard and got us a perfect result, we could not have asked for anyone better. He's personable and easy to get along with but very professional when it comes to the crunch. Wouldnt have wanted anyone else! Shaun was such a wonderful agent who was always extremely professional and honest throughout the process. I really felt like he had my best interest at heart and was selling the home as if it was his own. Despite tough conditions he never gave up and didnt put pressure on me to drop the price. He had excellent knowledge of the market and what was best for my sale. I wouldnt have wanted anyone else on the job!
