LEVIEN & LENS PHOTOGRAPHY

We were impressed with Olga's portfolio on her Instagram and website and liked her creative style so decided to go with her for our big day. Email communication was very good and responsive before and after the wedding, and we received our first look and final gallery within the estimated timeframe. On the downside, we were very disappointed with the quality of many of the photos. The processing was really poor and seemed like it was rushed. I had another professional wedding photographer have a look at several photos I was not happy with and she agreed that they were very underexposed. Olga did re-do a few of them but only after telling me she wouldn't normally do this free of charge. When we asked for the black and white photos to be processed with a more natural look, she wouldn't oblige and said that it was her style. Also, some of the indoor reception photos came out with a strong orange hue. I had to colour adjust alot of them myself. Composition was quite poor in some of the key photos e.g. there was only one shot of my husband and I with my immediate family and our legs were cut off whilst the top half of the photo was made up of trees in the background. We did get a few good shots we were happy with but, all in all, were very disappointed with the editing, processing and overall quality. Paying nearly $6000, we expected more.

Olga you completely surpassed our expectations for the photoshoot - you were able to quickly put us at ease, understood exactly what we wanted and created the perfect shots. Also thank you for your flexibility, you were able to accommodate us at late notice and provided the sneak peaks and full album so quickly. Thank you so much, I would 100% recommend you to anyone who is looking for an amazing photographer!

Olga is absolutely an amazing and incredible photographer. Shes very sincere and accomodating as she fit us on her busy sched especially our wedding day was two days before Christmas. Shes very clear with her instructions and communication is really good. It was very important for us coz we have no wedding planner. She captured all the memorable moments and important details of our wedding that we will treasure forever. Her gorgeous photos definitely tell stories. We are grateful that you shared talent with us.
