        Luisa introduced us to Ashtanga Yoga step by step. It has been an amazing journey that has helped me to build strength and flexibility. I love Luisa's energy and teaching style. She pays attention to every single student and helps us improve our practice every week. A brilliant class for those who like a good workout more functionality and strength.
