        We built with Maddren in 2020/2021 (house and land package). It was our first time building and we feel we couldn't have chosen better. The team are knowledgable and helpful, and seem really genuine. We are really happy with the quality of our build and it was completed in good time. Everyone we dealt with was honest and upfront and we did not have any unexpected costs. The house design is optimal for the section and provides a truly functional house. We would not hesitate to build with Maddren again or to recomend them to anyone thinking about building.

        Our 2002 maddren home was demolished in 2019 because of weather tightness issues. After a full rebuild and a 4 Yr legal battle we are short of approx million dollars.
