I had my house moved by Craig in May. The roof is still leaking, due to the roofing not being lapped correctly. They removed most of my roof insulation and still have not come to fix the many items needing urgent attention. My base lining that was Kauri weatherboards somehow disappeared. Rafters were cut and not structurally fixed back together. Soakers not put over cut weatherboards.Fretwork damaged. Soffit beading removed and not reinstated. Roofing not installed properly.Excessive rubbish, food waste,nails, smokes found in gutters.Their team was smoking on my roof.Concrete anchor piles poured incorrectly. I would suggest if you had your house relocated by Craig Walker to get up in your roof space and check all the roof fixings are in place.Extra costs after first agreed price.Drives with no hands on the wheel.Craig Walker was a nightmare to deal with,he might seem ok until you sign up and then the nightmare begins.CRAIG YOU AND YOUR TEAM NEED TO COME BACK AND FIX THE ITEMS THAT I HAVE TOLD YOU ABOUT.
