Aaron looked after our rental for almost 5 years and did a great job. Very professional and courteous, to both us and our tenants. Detailed inspection reports, easy to understand statements, couldn't have been easier. Well worth his fees. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful experience with Arron in all aspects regarding my tenancy. Arron is very responsive and made sure all our reported issues has been addressed and fixed to the landlord in a timely manner. The quarter inspection experience was excellent no stress at all. Arron kept us updated with the new rules around the tenancy so we are aware of the recent rapid changes. Thank you Aaron.

In response to Tahneisha McDonaugh. Initial enquiry was 9.32pm Sunday 24 November asking for a viewing. Email received from her on 25 November also asks for "another viewing"; so she had seen times were posted but didn't book. A time was set for Tuesday 26th November and she was sent notification. She does not book in. Another viewing held Wednesday 27th November which she is notified of. She does not book in. I travel away out of town for 29, 30 November and 1 December and arrange someone else to hold a viewing on Sunday 1 December; Tahneisha books in. Shes then sent a reminder from the Viewing Tracker system and I also send one from my phone. So booking is confirmed. Viewing held; Tahneisha does not attend, and does not contact us to say she's not coming. Having made three bookings she could have attended, we email her to say she won't be offered any more times.
