I highly recommend the staff at the body clinic. As of late have been seeing Rachel Perkins who has helped me with tennis elbow and intense back pain. Rachel is super professional and super friendly..shes been my life saver!

Ive been going to The Body Clinic for a few years now as needed for my lower and upper back, so when I became pregnant there was no doubt in my mind who I wanted to see for the pregnancy body aches and pains. During pregnancy, I have been dealing with sciatica pain. Lana at The Body Clinic makes me feel so much better during and after our sessions. During sessions I can feel the tension easing, she nails all the pain points and after our session I have the best sleeps with no pain. Ive been given exercises to do between sessions which have helped me immensely. She is helping to keep my body in balance, including my pelvis in the lead up to birth. Baby in belly also clearly loves the sessions, moving around a lot more during and after. I cant imagine going through pregnancy without The Body Clinic! I plan to continue for post natal care and newborn care.
