Little Miss Enchanted Pamper Parties

I had booked and fully paid $190 for a Deluxe Wondeeluste package that my daughter had worked hard to earn as a reward in Dec 2022. We drove 50 mins and due to incorrect Google map directions were a few mins late. I called and was told that as we were late the girls had been sent home. My daughter looked so sad and I asked if there was any way we could still have the pamper. I was told they get a lot of no shows. I thought I would have had a phone call before sending the staff home a few minutes after the time we were supposed to be there. The owner reluctantly agreed to do the treatment herself but I was left so upset by the way this was handled I cried for the first half of the pamper. I really wanted to say something but didn't want to ruin it for my daughter. We only really recieved half of the package as there was only one staff member rather than two. I had to ask specifically for parts of it to be done that my daughter had been looking forward to and I missed out a lot of what we'd paid for. The 'drink me bubbles' was semi flat lemonade and the 'eat me chocolates' a random few Cadbury favourites chocolates. I was left soooo gutted by this experience that we had spent time anticipating and saving up for. It did end on an ok note and my daughter loved her curled hair. It was just so far from the special experience we were hoping for.

Very disappointed with our mum and daughters pamper package. We drove almost 1.5 hours to get there and sat in a little wooden chair with a home foot spa which we dipped out feet in for a couple of mins, Some foot scrub put on our feet washed off and nails painted. Then moved to a different room to paint my daughter's nails. We didn't get nail art or cream/massage but she did put some impulse on my daughter's wrist, a sticker tiara and put some lip gloss on. Also the princess hosts aren't apart of the experience which doesn't actually say on the website I just assumed they were and the kids aren't able to pop a princess dress on either which again I just assumed would be part of the experience to have a little play and explore. But the whole venue isn't as per pictures online. Apparently these photos are over 5 years old and how the venue used to look before they moved to a new place. When I spoke with the owner she really didn't care and just said there was nothing to sort out that we received what we paid for. Just be careful that your experience won't be anything like the photos advertised. Will attach photos from the website which I thought we were getting vs what we received.

Just wanting to say a big thank you to Jane & the princesses for my daughters wonderful 5th birthday party yesterday. All the kids and parents had such a lovely time at the Princess & Pirate Party. It was great for the adults to sit back and relax while the princesses entertained the kids and ran the party. The villa is stunning, each room unique. Overall a very special experience for my daughter. We will be back again!

The spa experience is wildly overpriced and not at all as described on the website. The venue is tired and feels dirty. No one was even there when we turned up 10min early and then had to enter through the closed cafe - I wish that was the worst of it. The products used on our skin felt old and nasty and it is so far from a professional facial or manicure that it is laughable, especially when you're charging nearly $200 for the package. The owner has ignored all correspondence so the only choice left is to leave a review in the hope of saving someone else from wasting their money. Our booking was a week ago, there has been ample time to reach out or respond before Auckland's flooding. It is interesting that you can't respond to a text or email sent a week ago but you can respond to a google review within 10 minutes.
