They replied to my email once but not to the following Three. Did not trust them enough to book their more affordable tour *** Response from the ownera day ago Thank you for your awesome review!! You have no idea how busy we are and why your email may have been lost. But you decide to bad mouth a company with a good reputation on TripAdvisor. Thats awesome hopefully you found a company more trustworthy to take your tour. Make sure of your facts before you go around bad mouthing businesses. Have a happy new year! You confirmed it. As a consumer, I am entitled to provide my opinion of what I believe is good or bad service, and that is precisely what Google review is for. You response goes to show the level of service your company offers. I am amazed. I hope Google reads this too.

We had a lovely day during the Kumeu Wine tour. We went to 4 wineries, the beach and the botanic garden and had a great lunch at one of the wineries. Peter John is a great guide!

Our tour by Coast to Coast was fabulous. Peter tailored our tour just to fit us ... we were interested in Sheepworld, honey making, ocean views, and nature. He shared his knowledge of New Zealand which we found fascinating. His customer service was absolutely the best. Highly recommend!
