Little Wilderness

Little Wilderness is such an AMAZING wedding venue! I absolutely loved photographing weddings here. You are spoilt for choice with so many incredible photo spots - waterfalls, long grass fields, olive trees and even a glasshouse! George and Samantha are also such a joy to work with and are so passionate about giving couples an amazing experience.

We fell in love with this venue as soon as we found it online and even though we had never seen it in person until just a few days before our wedding (we live overseas), we couldnt have imagined a more perfect place for us to get married. The natural beauty of Little Wilderness made it so easy for our wedding to have the exact vibe we were looking for - and it allowed us to keep our decorating budget low too! It was fun wandering the property and finding all of the cool places to just hangout and be at peace in nature. The grounds are pristine and the team do a great job at the upkeep. We loved the aspect of being able to bring in our own food truck and caravan bar and basically to set up our wedding the exact way we wanted it to be. We were one of the very first couples to book their wedding here back in 2020 and were so thankful that George was very gracious in allowing us to delay our wedding day in the face of Covid over the past 3 years. He was extremely kind, patient and helpful throughout the entire process. He is a true rockstar and we appreciate everything he did to make our day go off without a hitch. Highly recommended as the best wedding venue or event space in Auckland! Thank you Little Wilderness, George (and Buddy!)

Enjoyed a wedding here and was also part of the organising party. George was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly and wedding went off without a hitch. Beautiful grounds. Highly recommend.

Photos of this stunning venue just do not do it justice! We were lucky enough to celebrate our wedding at Little Wilderness last month and it was everything we hoped for and more. You feel like you are far away from the craziness of auckland and cannot help but to relax and unwind even if it is just for a day. George was amazing to work with, he answered all my millions of questions, and even spent time to build stairs near the gypsy orchards for us ladies in heels to get down safely! Thank you so much for having us team
