The staff are compassionate and knowledgeable about saving birds.
I left a pigeon there who had been attacked by a cat. Unfortunately I found out later she or he had died from the injuries, however that was no fault of theirs. The bird had been left too long before I was asked to help it! They have a smooth system which helps as many birds as is possible to survive. You need of course to take the bird there. They don't collect. They are in Greenbay, Auckland.
