They made a beautiful bouquet of balloons and delivered it with care. Highly recommend.

Ordered a soft toy and 2 weeks later no communication a phone call to them to say what's the story to be told its not in the country yet and that I had to pay $15 shipping still told them it takes 2secs to send an email and that they should have shipping prices on the website too also don't say something is in stock if its not in nz Very disappointed in this business

At first I saw these 5 star reviews so was excited to use this company to purchase my best friends lil birthday pick me up as she was sick with the flu on her birthday but I was wrong....ordered the balloons before 9am as the website says to, the online ordering part was good until I got a email just after 11am saying it had been delivered so I texted my friend to say check ur front door but there was nothing....then to top it off my friend had to check the neighborhood incase the courier driver had put it somewhere else (it was also raining) my friend was very sick and she shouldn't have to look around for a delivery which was suppose to be a surprise when she opened the door on her Birthday! So I tried calling creative balloons for a good hour and no answer until I called back again at 3pm, they called the courier and it hadn't even been delivered yet! Even though I got the email saying it had been delivered earlier that day. Apparently it was going to be delivered in that next half hour.....This could have been completely avoided if the person that was responsible for the order did not send me an email to say it was delivered but of course they didn't care or just admit they did wrong, instead they blamed the system which is absolutely rubbish because you need to click a button to send that email. Of course they are going to respond to this review with some more excuses but word of mouth goes a long way and I will not be recommending this company, first experience not a good look at all.

Could not fault. Followed my directions exactly including taking the delivery right to the front door (extremely steep driveway) on the day I requested. Very appreciative and will use again.

Very disappointed my Mothers Day Balloons only stayed up for 2 days.
