        I am so appreciated for Julie and Alan. When I contacted them 10 days ago, I was told that the time before the new year was fully booked, and I thought I would wait until after new year to fix my window. But to my surprise, they squeezed in a little time last Friday and came over to fix my window. Alan did a wonderful job, the glass pattern is exactly the same, and the fee is reasonable and affordable. I am very grateful. I am so touched by their customer-oriented business philosophy! They are trusted and reliable. Highly recommended! Thanks again Julie and Alan! Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
