Cant recommend Cornerstone Property inspection enough! Phil is the real deal, hes very thorough and detailed with his reporting. Hes got extensive practical knowledge from his experience working as builder, bricklayer and roofer. And hes happy to talk through the report, answer any questions and provide advice. As you get buyers looking at buying an older property his report and advice as been invaluable.

Phil is an excellent building inspector. I've used him several times during the course of our home search, and he's reliable, responsive, thorough, and very knowledgeable. Phil performed a thorough pre-purchase inspection, then took the time to explain things and answer any questions. He also produced a clear, detailed report noting both urgent and non-urgent maintenance work. Recommended, and will use his services again.
