I had been struggling with a few different issues for a while before deciding to meet with Teagan. After just 4 sessions, I felt like a completely different person. I wasn't entirely sure what to expect when I came to see Teagan for my first session. However, she did a great job of explaining the process and making me feel comfortable. What has been so wonderful about hypnosis is that we were able to get straight to the source of where certain issues and ways of thinking began. Teagan is incredible. I cannot recommend highly enough - I worked with her as a life coach and business coach for my business but also myself personally and Teagan helped me in all areas of my life and business.
