These people should be reported to the ombudsman for misleading practices. After signing up to their $1 special, and setting up a *test listing* as I am in Australia, after 12 months of receiving zero leads or inquires, and thus forgetting that I even had an account with them, to my surprise, I received a payment receipt, to my home email address for $240. The *pending reminders* were only sent to my servicefinder account, but again as I had had no enquirers whatsoever, thus never once logging into my account, I was totally unaware of this pending payment, and, as I'm still in OZ, would have shut the account before it was due. So, very deceptive, misleading and dishonest. If they can send a receipt to my personal email address then why cant they send the invoices there too.. Upon raising this with them, and politely asking for a refund, I was quickly ignored. They would not even provide me with a direct number to call. and now they wont even respond to my emails. Profit before people.

I completely agree with the first review here. I signed up at $1, received zero enquires over a year and then my credit card was charged $240 for a renewal that I was never advised on in advance, and that I never approved! I have tried to get a response from someone regarding this an there has been no response, nobody has contacted me. Its just a computer simulated reply that you get online. There's no number and no way to contact the company that I can see.

Would not respond when I complained I had been charged with no email reminder about using their service I will be reporting them to the commerce commission as a scam
