I found Sacha and Brigid very easy to work with, they listen to me then came back with the best plan to sell my house. They worked for me not the buyer and got the best price for how the market was at the time, very professionally and always there for support. Sacha and Brigid delivered in every way in terms of a realistic timeframe to sell my properties for the price that I needed, so that I could buy my new home. Their advice and professionalism from start to finish made me feel like I was in safe hands during what can be a stressful process. From appraisal to signed unconditional contract Sacha and Brigid were definitely the Dream Team. Where a rival company had failed to deliver Sacha and Brigid had multiple contracts on our table within a week of going live. Their ability to work together and cater to, the vendor and the market was amazing. We truly felt we were being listened to and that no question was left unanswered. Their standard of work is extremely high and their communication is seamless. We were so happy with their service after the sale of our house, we allowed them to negotiate for us to buy our current home. Since our first meeting 1 year ago we have referred friends and family to the Dream Team and they have been extremely happy as well! We would definitely employ Sacha and Brigid again .
