Sure the rooms are semi nice but note none of the foundations are legal and there's horrible drafts and unfinished flashings on all roofs.
The reasons why they cant get them up to scratch is because they cant / and don't pay tradespeople.
Jenny is nice on the phone when she wants your money or something done but plays the Ghost card when its time to pay.
