We spent over a year trying to get our building consent and resource consent through council. After engaging Anthony from ARC Civil we had our consents within weeks. Anthony was able to clearly identify the issues and engaged with council and consultants to resolve the issues. We highly recommend Anthony from ARC Civil for his professionalism, dedication and responsiveness. We cant thank Anthony enough for such outstanding service!

ARC Ltd provided us with excellent service all throughout our RC application, providing ease with a knowledge and highly delivered skillset. Anthony was recommended by my builder to help with my project and he demonstrated great value, expertise and customer service. We had a bit of change in the middle of the project. Anthony was really flexible and accommodating to make sure the plan suits our needs. I highly recommend. :)

Highly recommend Anthony and team at ARC Civil, due to their knowledge and ability to successfully navigate the complexities of the regional planning rules and regulations. The impact of ARC Civil's efforts on my project were critical, without which the development may not have got the appropriate approvals from council.
