Rude and antagonistic and blamed me on many occasions for the outcome of my cat's issues. Won't be going back. Overpriced for the experience.

If I could give you negative stars, I would. Beware of bringing your pets anywhere near this place, they are money hungry, and will perform unnecessary procedures on your pets just to get the bill as high as they can. There is zero empathy for people or your pets. This woman screamed at me on the phone at a very emotional time for me. And her advice is solely based on how she can make things sound worse than they are, just to make you pay more money! Or worse in my case. I reported this woman and her behaviour to the New Zealand Veterans Organisation. In my opinion, she should not be anywhere near other peoples pets! She takes advantage of venerable people. Belittles them and makes them feel like they are bad pet owners. She actually has quite a talent for it, as I was left questioning my own sanity. But after speaking with many many more people in the community, it was clear I was not alone. She should be ashamed of her behaviour, and with so many people having the same experiences, it is clear there is one common denominator.
