It is very interesthing that I just left my rating without wanting to expose the issues, but you first reaction is exposing my personal information online. Firstly, let me remember a little the code of ethics you should follow: Confidentiality: Respect the right of your clients and employer to have personal details and information kept secure, private and confidential. Once my name is on the top of this review, I consider that what you disclaimed exposes my personal information and also suggests that I blamed you for something that happened in one instance, which I don't. Can you please exclude whatever personal information you disclaimed. To be clear there are a few issues I had on the past couple of years and these reflecs my rating, not just one. They are not related to the accounting service, but mostly mostly related to the relationship. The one thing I said when I started was I didn't want to be treated as a number, but guess what you are accountants and apparently everything is number.

I moved to Tael due to a values / ethics clash with my last accountant. I am so glad I moved. The service I have received, the support, the connection has already (in under 4 months) way surpassed anything I had for the last 6 years. And it costs less! Cannot recommend them highly enough.
