Our Kids Early Learning Centre

UPDATED This centre was great when my son started a few years ago however since then staff turnover has increased, management has become disengaged and now not prepared to deal with issues. * Fees are being increased for a second time in as many year despite other centre's (for now) not amending their pricing. *My child (Aged 2 at the time) was burnt by a hot glue gun which in my opinion was not fit for use at an ECE (not low heat). This had to be pointed out to management who werent even aware there was a difference. *My childs privacy has been breached in an open post on the centre's app. *My child was sent home with a mild runny nose when their ERO review was occurring yet allowed to stay on other days with the same issue (i.e. the day following) *Countless clothes were ruined by incorrect use of sanitizing spray in the changing area (bleached the clothes). *We have been accused of medicating our child to reduce his temperature to return him to daycare sooner. *Following my initial google review management tried to prevent my child from returning without notice whilst we were trying to find alternative care (we have since removed him). *Management inferred that we would not appreciate their response to this post and suggest I changed it. Staff are pleasant and friendly and my son really enjoy his time there. Its a pity about management. If personal information, situations are referenced in response to this review by the centre I will take necessary action in relation to breaches of mine, my wife's or child's privacy.

When talking about caring for the holistic wellbeing of your child, Our Kids Mataki Way is the place for you. My son went there for 3 years, from the age of 2 till 5, and I highly recommend this early learning centre for your children. Theyre my sons second family as he loved everything about Mataki Way.

Our Kids Mataki Way has been the most amazing centre for our son!!!! Choosing the right daycare is such an important decision and we are so happy we found it! All of the staff and teachers have been incredible and you can see they really care about what they do. The friendships the build with the kids is really beautiful to see. Every morning at drop off the teachers are upbeat and positive and it sets a really great atmosphere. Likewise in the afternoon at pickup time, the teachers are happy to share how my sons day has been. They also keep me informed with his progress by either communicating in his book that comes home each day or posting on StoryPark. I have seen my sons personality develop and grow more confident interacting with other kids. We are so so sad to be leaving the area and changing daycare. I would highly recommend this centre to anyone! I viewed all of the centres in the area and Our Kids Mataki Way was by far the best centre!

An absolute privilege to be able to send our daughter here. The staff are amazing, the facility is super cool, and we get regular updates for what all the kiddos are up to. Communication is clear and easy, and these guys are really welcoming and responsive to any of our individual needs.
