I was told that the gas fire remote i have was unable to be fixed and was faced with replacing the entire fire as the manufacturers of the fire that i have had gone out of business and there was no alternative remote available. I took this remote at Profix to see if they thought it was possible to fix it and the gentleman i spoke with was pretty sure he could fix the circuit board, i received a call two days later to tell me the remote was fixed and i have to say it works just like a new one. Great service and communication AAA+++

I'd been struggling to fix a a faulty Peloton touch screen that was out of warranty. The team at Profix were absolutely amazing, They managed to locate an unused part on the PCB and repair the unit. 10/10

My CD player was expertly repaired, with the tradesman explaining carefully what was wrong and what he had done. Very reasonable cost and timeframe.

Fantastic service. Profix were able to rapidly troubleshoot and repair a major issue on my audiophile amplifier. Excellent communication and very patient when explaining the issue. Chitra is very professional and I couldnt recommend more highly for high precision repairs.

Chitras service and expertise are second to none. Managed to fix an extremely complicated circuit and Class D amplifier using just his experience and knowledge and without the schematics from the manufacturer. Highly recommend him to anyone looking for a skilled repair person they can trust to have the work completed to a high level, both technically and cosmetically.
