Rob was really helpful and fair in assessing my treadmill, suggesting solutions, guiding me through the process and ultimately fixing my issue and servicing the machine. He is a one man band, so there may be times when he is unable to answer phone calls, messages, emails or get back to you quickly, but persevere, as once he has committed to your job he does it well. He also assisted me with picking up my treadmill and dropping it off, which was over and above the expectation. A great guy, just needs you to be a little patient and understanding with the communication.

Sent 2 emails enquirying about a replacement treadmill belt for an Horizon Ti21. After 6 days and no contact from this company. Have now ordered from Australia.
