F45 Training Glen Eden

If you want to experience a really challenging fitness environment, staffed by professional people who really care about your development and progress, then I strongly recommend F45 Glen Eden. I started attending classes recently and haven't looked back. The facilities are excellent and the classes are challenging without being intimidating and also really varied to keep things interesting. But the thing that really makes it is the trainers and the general atmosphere. Always encouraging and pushing you to do as much as you can and I'm already feeling the difference. I really can't rate them highly enough. Thanks to the whole team!

I recently joined F45 Glen Eden, and I have zero regrets. I have never pushed myself so much, and I can see the changes and feel myself getting stronger. The classes are fun, and believe all the reviews that talk about the community being awesome - there are no egos here. Friendly people and such a good, supportive vibe. The trainers are probably the best thing about this place though. They genuinely care about everyone, and cheer you on, support you, and encourage you to reach your goals. If you are thinking about it - stop! Just come along and do it!
