When 3c's Client who is building the house from Sturges Rd Henderson, with their Project Manager KJ came to our showroom for materials selection. The lady has difficulty in a long time standing, KJ quickly realized and got a chair for her, held the samples and went down on his knees for making the client selected convenient. This attitude is more than just professional. it was a life lesson for me. What a gentleman, he cares the best or the clients. Not really saw any men did like this, respects elders, treat them like their own parents.It was a little details, but so much impressed me. From there I would say I trust them. They are not the person who signed contract with you and become irresponsible, I trust these people who put you in mind and take care of you. That is the most important thing. They did such a great job and were quick and efficient. The house was handed over to us within twelve months despite material delays. There were a number of issues with the plans and quaries. However, 3C worked with the traydsman and engineers and sorted these out. They took full ownership of the project and kept us informed throughout. We would definitely recommend to anyone looking to have their house build. Even after completion they have been so great to deal with. Thank you Kharanesh and Mandeep
