        The worst bike shop in NZ, booked online to get my Canyon TT bike serviced, was not told the different options available, my bike was returned dirtier than I left it, gears no longer worked and a bolt missing. I then complained and was treated terribly, arrogant owner who's website talks about great service, easier to write than deliver on terrible service
