        Incredibly poor service, any business responding to enquiries like this deserves to be out of business. I said I have been referred by a supplier and could they come and do the work and she said "NO' I was like what kind of No? no you can't, no your busy? "No, it sounds like residential, we don't do residential" I said OK, she then said they could do the work with an upfront payment and list of exclusions - which was fine, but why would I support this kind of customer response. Some companies think customers are the most annoying part of their business - this is one of those companies!
