Terence Kennedy House

TKH looks after your loved one like they are their own. My Gran has been at TKH for about 2 years now. She is loved, respected and looked after as if she was the grandmother of each and every one of the staff that look after her. Lisa and Deb make a formidable team and they are just 2 of many who right from day one made our family feel we had made the right choice of residence for Gran, can't recommended this place for your loved one.

Both my parents are residents at TKH where they are well looked after by the caring staff. They each have a warm, comfortable room and nutritious meals. The highlight of the week for mum and dad, is the Friday treat of fish and chips for lunch. I'm always made to feel welcome when I visit and I receive regular health updates on mum and dad. It's reassuring to know my parents are getting the specialised care they need and are in good hands at Terence Kennedy House.

Terence Kennedy House is a place where my Mum has been cared for and looked after. The staff -ALL-of them. Are welcoming, genuine people. Who, in each, of their interactions with Mum, make my Mum's life easier for her. As a family we are kept updated with Mum's care and needs and on no occasion has any question or concern been ignored or left unaddressed. I have never regretted the decision to sit down with Lisa Jones and discuss what I wanted for our Mum. TKH is a place where you KNOW your loved one is really, genuinely cared for.

My aunt joined the TKH family during the first Covid lockdown. The staff are cheerful and kind and provide a supportive environment for both residents and their families. Any events or health issues of concern have also been reported promptly. Recommended
