Leo Reple
Sales Rep came around our workshop this afternoon. He ran over a "Step Ladder" and hit a big "Roof Rack Cage" with his car. Sadly when asked to pay for the Damage he said it was our fault for having a Step Ladder laying in our own driveway. Got back in his car and left. I was left speechless! Not even something expensive but you have to own up to your mistakes. Just sad and wrong behaviour/attitude. Needless to say that we wont be buying from them again.
