Simply put, it has worked wonders for me, at over seventy Im the most flexible Ive been since my youth and am able to cope with significant amounts of competitive sport. Karinas knowledge, professionalism and commitment is second to none, that she makes Pilates so enjoyable for clients is testament to her love for the discipline. You really must give it a go!
