Ying Li Howe

We bought our first home 5 years ago, Ying was the agent representing the Vendor, the way she sold us the house made us feel comfortable. So much so that we decided she was the right choice when we decided to Sell the same house! We listed our house with Ying and she got the job done! Over the 5 years of ownership Ying helped us get the property ready for resale and even set us up with tradies to get good pricing. Highly recommend if you want someone to get the job done right!

This lady is so rude. Ive just rang her to ask about the price of a house. The first thing she asked was am I a genuine buyer. I explained to her my budget and asked her whether the vendor will consider it or not. She went mad and said she doesn't like time wasters and she's getting too many phone calls per day. I was looking for a house last two months and never experienced anything like this from any real estate agent. SHE WAS SO RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL

We used Ying to market & sell our property, Ying has a honest straight up approach and goes the extra mile including providing accessories to dress our property and works extremely hard for the vendor. I have since recommended her to friends & family.

5 stars doesn't feel like enough to leave the review Ying deserves!! Moving to achieve a lifestyle change and selling my first and only home to do so was a huge life decision for me and financially a major challenge to get right. Having had a long, unsuccessful sale attempt with an underperforming agent I had taken my home off the market with a loss of trust along with lost hope that a sale and my lifestyle change was possible...until I met Ying. She approached everything with outright honesty, amazing knowledge founded in her years of successful work but most importantly, a genuine understanding and empathy for what this process meant to me. With the support of her hard working husband Chris, they went on to sell my house for the absolute best possible price in a very difficult market. Ying's support and follow up post sale has been beyond anything I expected or could have hoped for. I am now super excited to be on the move very soon with the start of my new lifestyle ahead of me. I not only thank Ying from the bottom of my heart for making this possible, but also feel privileged to now know her as a person. Selling a home is one the larger life decisions we have to make and I've learned that it is imperative to find an agent who authentically understands the implications of that then offers genuine, honest support motivated not solely by self. That person is Ying and I know if I choose sell again down the line she will be my first and only point of contact when it comes to a listing agent. 10 stars!!!

An absolutely increadible agent. My partner and I had been searching for a home for almost a whole year, during one of the most tumultuous economic shifts the housing market has faced in some time. We had almost lost hope in ever finding the right house for the right price. Whether by shear luck, or perfect circumstance, Ying aproached us with expedience and purpose when we expressed interest in one of her listings. Her persevable passion and straight forwardness swayed us to work with her and make a deal, and it paid off in a big way. We found the right property, at the right time, for the right price, and all before Christmas. We've met many agents from all walks of life, all with their ulterior motives and lacking transpency. Some were wonderful, and some were disapointing. Ying Li Howe completely stands out as one of the most experienced and hard working agents I've ever met. Without her unique and down to earth methods, I don't believe we would have been able to find a good home in time. So once again, on behalf of me and my partner, a huge thank you to Chris Howe for showing us the property and offering us kindness and patience, and a huge thank you to Ying Li Howe for helpful making a year long dream come true!
