        Pros Chemical worked well Team happy to go over or go back to do areas they missed Didnt take too long Did follow instructions when given Saved me a lot of time and effort Cons Had no idea what time they were arriving - no communication Trampled all through my flower garden for some reason instead of walking along deck!!! Deionised water is better than not doing it but the windows are certainly not spot free
