I bought a 2017 Toyota Blade in September 2022. We picked up the car on a Saturday and when I got home, I noticed the car did not have a current WOF. They told me to bring the car in on Monday and they will sort it out in a couple of hours. I did not get the car back till Saturday. They let me drive a car out of their yard with no WOF!! Three week later after purchasing the car, my mechanic told me the left shocks were worn out. When I emailed the dealership they did not reply. After two weeks of waiting for a reply, I emailed again with an intention if they did not follow up I will take the matter to the Motor Vehicle disputes Tribunal. They replied the same day. They told me to drop the car in and it took another 10 days before I got the car back. The cars registration expired in March this year, I renewed it online. I did not receive the label in the mail for three weeks. I went into AA yesterday and was told the car is not under my name and its still under the Kiwi cheap Cars. The change of ownership was never done. I called them yesterday and it goes to a message service. I cant even talk to a real human. Nine months since buying a car from them, I have experienced nothing but ongoing issues with them. Their communication and poor service is not acceptable. When we were looking for the car they were nothing but glowing. After we made payment, they have been no/ lack of communication, poor service and incompetent since then. I have had nothing but ongoing problems with dealing with them. DO NO BUY A CAR FROM THEM, THEY DO NOT DELIVER ON BASIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
